You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
We accept exchanges. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team at support@moducourts.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our team will provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to exchange your item.
As soon as we receive your exchanged item, we will check it and inform you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will send you the replacement item.
Please note that the shipping costs for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.
To return an item, please email customer service at support@moducourts.com to obtain a return authorization. After you have received a return authorization, send your item to the original shipping address. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will promptly notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within 10 days, depending on your card issuer's policy.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
